Safety Statement: Develop a Company / Production Office specific Safety Statement.

Tech Recces and report from Tech Recce: This service includes attending Tech Recces (or Recces) and furnish a report advising on health and safety requirements for each location. The report furnished will be of great value to the Production Manager / Line Producer if they are generating their own Risk Assessments.

Attend Production Meeting: Further to the Tech Recce day, you may require that we attend the Production Meeting so as to discuss and advise on any health & safety related issues that arose on Tech Recce.

Risk Assessments: We can reduce the work load for the Production Manager / Line Producer by providing the professional service of generating Risk Assessment for either a one off location or for all locations as required.

Safety Audits / Inspections – If you require a once off health and safety audit for your existing documentation or require an inspection to be carried out for any of your ‘Sets’ or departments Ace Health & Safety Ltd can provide this service.

During these audits / inspections we will look closely at your Health & Safety documentation, the workplace premises and practices in place. We will provide you with a report detailing good practices and areas for improvement, which will help you to meet your Health and Safety obligations.

Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) – Under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2006, a PSDP must be appointed when works will last longer than 30 days or 500 person days, or if there are Particular Risks, including but not limited to those referred to in Schedule 1.
ACE Health & Safety Ltd can undertake the role of PSDP for construction works carried out for your production.
